The purpose of this program is to 

Train,empower, motivate and encourage the mentees on how best they can become more creative in all aspects of event decoration business and have a competitive advantage.

This Mentorship Program is ideal for individuals who:

• Are passionate about creativity and design and are interested in getting into the Weddings and Events Industry.
• Have existing training in event or wedding planning and would like to advance their career and offer Decor as a second option.
• Want to start their own event Decor business and learn How to sell Decor, learn all techniques for Decor.
• Want to work for a Decor company and come to our program hoping to gain the experience necessary to give them a competitive edge over other candidates.

Why we focus on event decoration

The  swag of a good decor cannot be left out during Events. Decorations at an event are necessary for setting the humor, orchestrating emotion and underscoring the importance of the event. What your  guest, potential customer or employee experiences when they first walk into your event, whether it be the flowers, the lighting or even the table setting – all of this will make a big impression on them and give them some indication of what is to come. For example, a large formal table holding an elaborate floral centerpiece will offer a sense of solemnity and potentially even intimacy. A more simplistic modern setting, on the other hand, is more likely to promote networking and enhance conversations. These are some of the things  a good decorator should think about when considering event decoration for next  event and that is why we are here to help you achieve that!

Curriculum

Our main focus is on event decoration,therefore you will learn how to create the elements of decor and understand how they are applied.

• Normal class mentoring
• Onsite mentoring/coaching on arrangement
• Home mentoring/coaching on arrangement

Subscribed Member Program:

This is suitable for an eventprenuer who is not able  to attend classes but would like to participate in our events.  You can join under the Subscribed  member program.

Payment:

Subscription Fee: Ksh 10,000 per annum
